What it actually looks like

Twelve weeks, start to finish.

Two weeks to work out what is wrong. Eight to ten to build it. A few days to hand it over and leave. Here is what happens in each one.

Illustrative — not a client case study or a claim of results
Week by week

What happens, and what you get.

The right-hand column is what you need to do. It is deliberately short — the point of hiring us is that this does not become your job.

Week
What we do
What we need from you
1
Two recorded interviews.90 minutes each. We walk your last five won deals — how each actually happened, not the tidy version.
Three hours, and permission to record.
2
We read your data and deliver findings, live. How the firm actually wins work, the three things most limiting growth, and what we would build.
A CRM export. Answers to a short follow-up list.
Decision point. You have the findings and a fixed price. You can stop here and use it yourself — roughly half of firms should.
A yes or a no.
3–4
We define who to go after, and who first. You name ten obvious fits and ten obvious misses. We build a rule that sorts them, then test it on your real won and lost deals.
Twenty example firms. One hour reviewing.
5–6
We build your list and your relationship map.Every source merged and de-duplicated. Who you already know, how warm it is, and where you have a route in.
Your contacts — messy spreadsheets included.
7–8
We set up your CRM, in your own account.Stages named the way your firm talks. We walk five past deals through it; if any needs a special case, we change it.
Pick the platform. One week actually using it.
9–10
You run it for two real weeks while we watch.Priorities, outreach, follow-ups, pipeline review. We take notes and fix what was awkward.
Actually run it. The awkward parts are the useful part.
11
We add a few assistants and train your team.Meeting prep, follow-up drafts, a Monday briefing. Each one drafts; a person always sends.
Name who owns each workflow. A person, not a role.
12
We hand over and remove our access. You own every account. Our access is revoked, you confirm it, and your data is deleted from our side in writing.
Confirm the handover. Book a 30-day check-in.
Then, only if you want it.Monthly advice, or we operate alongside you. Both optional, both designed to get smaller.
Nothing. It is yours either way.
What it costs

One fixed number to start.

Weeks 1–2

Revenue Teardown

$7,500 fixed
You get
Findings, a written plan, and a fixed price for Implementation
Credit
The fee comes off Implementation if you go ahead
If you stop
You keep everything and owe nothing further
Weeks 3–12

Implementation

Fixed price, set in week 2
Why not listed
The scope comes from your findings, not a rate card
Afterwards
Ongoing support is optional, from $4,000 a month

You know the full cost at the end of week two, before committing to anything beyond the first $7,500. No case studies or percentages here — client pipelines are confidential, and we would rather arrange a reference call than publish a number we cannot defend.

Start with the first two weeks.
